  23. --  Fixed  problem  with  generation of the short (8&3) filenames when
  24. there  are  more  than  ten  of  the same basic short name in the same
  25. directory.  Even with this problem, most people should never encounter
  26. a  problem  since  the  short name is never used unless they bring the
  27. disk to a pre-Windows 3.11 system.

  29. --  Fixed a problem with the Mount command when the device driver name
  30. begins with a digit and is a Tooltype parameter.  (eg.
  31. DEVICE=2nd.scsi.device)
